Responsibilities
Capital Markets Group is an in-house financial advisory group focusing on Hempel’s capital needs. As Managing Director of Doug Dolliff analyzes, structures and secures the capital needs of Hempel Properties by working with institutional debt and equity sources.

Strengths
Dolliff provides counsel, direction, and strategy to the Hempel acquisition and development team in designing equity and financing solutions that provide the most sound economic structure for each existing and new development. His background in both investment banking and real estate development allows Hempel the advantage of a multi-disciplinary approach to Hempel's capital needs and financial relationships.

History of Success
Dolliff has 20 years of Real Estate Investment banking experience primarily with NorthMarq Capital working with institutional investors including life insurance companies, wall street conduits, pension funds, private equity and banks. In addition to being a top performer at NorthMarq during his tenure, he also was instrumental in the development of the first securitized commercial loan program in the early 90’s while at Metmor (a subsidiary of MetLife) in conjunction with Lehman Brothers. Additionally Dolliff has been involved with developing several retail and housing properties through his own company, Dolliff Properties.

Dolliff has a BBA degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin.
