Responsibilities
Ashley Moen plays a critical role in both the leasing and development divisions at Hempel Properties. She works with both teams in developing communication programs and relationships that serve to increase the value of the Hempel portoflio. She works directly with lease analysis and abstraction, support the property marketing efforts and aids in the due diligence process.

History of Success
Moen joined Hempel in 2006 with a degree in commercial real estate from St. Cloud State university.
She' s a member of both the Minnesota and National Association of realtors (MAR and NAR respectively) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of realtors (MNCAR).
