Responsibilities
As Chief financial officer (CFS), Elizabeth Schorle determines the financial direction of Hempel Properties. She works closely with Hempel’s development team, financial partners and lending institutions in identifying and implementing sound financial solutions in accordance with Hempel’s vision. Her experi ence and expertise is not limited to ensuring the firm’s corporate growth; she is also responsible for the evaluation of the financial outlook for each individual project in Hempel’s portfolio, as well as the analysis of potential acquisitions and new developments. in addition, Schorle ensures the implementation of accurate protocol and reporting programming for all of Hempel’s accounting groups.

Strengths
With nearly twenty years of experience as a controller with a national commercial real estate development firm, Schorle brings an advanced level of analysis to her role. Prior to joining Hempel, Schorle served as vice president of finance for a national general contracting firm. She excels in identifying and developing creative and insightful financial solutions and draws upon her broad range of commercial real estate development and construction experience to determine the best option.

History of Success
Schorle is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She received her Bachelor of Science in accounting
from Minnesota State University - Mankato.
