Responsibilities
Brent Jacobson is Vice President at Hempel Properties, he oversees the leasing of the properties within the Hempel portfolio and identifies and executes Hempel's acquisition strategy throughout the Twin Cities.

Strengths
Jacobson possesses a great deal of real estate expertise and market knowledge with over five years of experience in tenant and landlord representation. He's developed and implemented real estate growth strategies in both the downtown and suburban markets and brings highly valued relationships and skill to his role at Hempel Properties.

History of Success
Prior to joining Hempel, Jacobson was a Senior Associate at Colliers International where he was responsible for over 200 real estate transactions in his five years. Previous to his brokerage role, Jacobson was a research director at a real estate consulting and valuation firm securing his extensive market knowledge and insight. He's provided real estate solutions to a respected list of clients including: US Bank Corporation, H&R Block, Edward Jones, and Linnihan Foy Advertising.

Jacobson is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate in the Minnesota - Dakotas CCIM Chapter. He's a member of both the Minnesota and National Association of Realtors (MAR and NAR respectively) and the Minnesota Commercial Association
of Realtors (MNCAR). Jacobson received his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University.
