Responsibilities
With over twenty years of experience in construction, Brian Jenson brings a tremendous amount of expertise and experience to his role at Hempel. He is responsible for managing the construction planning and process for both Hempel's new development and redevelopment efforts. From 1989 to 2004, Jenson served as co-owner and vice president of MP Johnson Construction, a general contractor based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Jenson's greatest strength is derived from his pragamatic approach to construction project management. His experience and knowledge allows him to critically review construction projects and identify potential costly expenditures and obstacles. This ability ensures the viability of all Hempel's new development projects

History of Success
Jenson has provided project management for all of Hempel’s extensive construction projects including: The Hotel Minneapolis- the conversion of a 220,000 square foot office building into a Doubletree Hotel, Woodhill Plaza- the renovation of a 55,000 square foot office building in Minnetonka, and Rockridge Center- the renovation of an existing grocery-anchored retail and addition of new strip center in Plymouth, Minnesota. Jenson also manages all of Hempel’s tenant improvement construction projects.
