Responsibilities
Jon Hempel is the President and owner of Hempel Properties. His primary focus is to continue to build the Hempel Properties portfolio of office and retail properties throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area and strategically target national markets for expansion. Hempel oversees specific asset management, brokerage and strategic real estate planning services provided by the Hempel Properties’ team.

With over 13 years of combined experience in construction project management with both Cuningham Group Construction Services and Nelson,Tietz, and Hoye, Hempel brings a great deal of both real estate development and construction knowledge to Hempel Properties developments. Hempel is recognized by his peers as a development professional who possesses a great deal of integrity and industry expertise.

History of Success
Hempel has managed development and construction projects for banks, restaurants, national law and financial service firms, multifamily and private business owners totalling over two million square feet.
