Responsibilities
In addition to securing new development opportunities, Steve Chesley identifies target acquisitions for redevelopment or long-term portfolio growth. He then manages the development process from defining the vision, working with the city, and engaging the general contractor through to completion.

Strengths
Chesley’s background in corporate site selection and development allows him a great deal of insight and analysis for every development project he approaches. His wealth of experience in finance and operation ensures that he brings a pragmatic, market demand-driven approach to his developments.

History of Success
Chesley is the former owner of Chesley Truck Sales, a Twin Cities-based, large commercial truck dealer ship with multiple locations. He oversaw and directed the growth of the company which included the development of the firm’s dealership sites. Chesley sold his portfolio of dealerships in 2003.
Chesley has also served as both senior vice president of sales and senior vice president of finance and operations of a manufacturer and global distributor of medical equipment. He is a member of the National Association of industrial and office Properties (NAIOP) and the Minnesota Association of Com mercial realtors (MNCAR).Chesley attended the Carlson School of Management where he received his Bachelor of Science in business and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in finance.
