Responsibilities
Tony Kuechle is Vice President of Development at Hempel Properties. He is responsible for the development and growth of Hempel’s industrial and office portfolio. Kuechle identifies sites and manages specific development projects from acquisition, city planning, architectural and contractor selection to leasing.

Strengths
Kuechle has over twelve years of development experience. Prior to joining Hempel, Kuechle managed office, industrial, senior housing and condominium developments at United Properties where he honed his ability to research and structure developments that capitalized on market dynamics and were absorbed quickly. He is recognized for balancing a project’s vision with an impeccable attention to detail. He brings a strong collaborative nature to every development that is appreciated by and relied upon by all of Hempel’s development partners.

History of Success
Kuechle has managed multiple large scale development
projects. Most recently he completed the development of the following:

• The Villas at Midland Hills, 32 condominiums
• Applewood Pointe of Woodbury,
  76 unit senior cooperative
• Llewellyn Worldwide, 80,000 square foot
  office/warehouse building
• Corcoran Industrial Park, 65 acre land acquisition
  for redevelopment
