Responsibilities
As Controller, Vishal Dutt works closely with Hempel's executive team to determine the financial direction of Hempel Properties. Dutt establishes and maintains relationships with financial partners and lending institutions in identifying and implementing sound financial solutions in accordance with Hempel’s vision. In addition, Dutt ensures the implementation of accurate protocol and reporting programming for all of Hempel’s accounting groups.

Strengths
Dutt excels in keeping Hempel's investment and financial partners informed. Abundant communication of accurate information is Dutt's strength and with nearly thirteen years of commercial real estate development experience in accounting, he brings a tremendous amount of analysis and insight to his communications. Prior to joining Hempel, Dutt was the Controller for a development firm based in Wayzata, Minnesota.
